POLICIES & GUEST PROTOCOL

CANCELLATION
• Individual booking cancellation: 48 hours notice prior to tour is required and a 20% administration fee applies.
• Group booking cancellation: 10 days notice prior to tour is required and a 20% administration fee applies.
• Cancellations with less than the required notice are 100% non-refundable.

WEATHER
• The company reserves the right to cancel when extreme weather and wind impacts safety.
• We operate our tours & programs in the rain.

GUEST PROTOCOL
• Tours start promptly.
• Arrive 15 minutes prior to the tour start. We kindly request that you check in with your Cultural Land Ambassador 15 minutes before your scheduled tour.
• Late guests or missed tours are not reimbursed.

PAYMENT METHODS

• Credit Card - Private payment link will be sent via email OR book online.

• EFT - Banking information will be provided via email.

• Cheques - Mailed to: 334 Skawshen Rd, West Vancouver BC, V7P 3T1 Canada

• E-Transfer - emailed to info@talaysay.com

• 50% deposit required at the time of booking to secure reservation.

• Full payment required 14 days before the start of the tour to confirm reservation.
